Using the below forms that can be submitted electronically, you have the opportunity to process requests and applications related to border crossing but different from border checks.

These are as follows: application for the occasional use of a border crossing point with restricted traffic for use other than its original use, application to open a temporary border crossing point, application to enter and stay at a border crossing point with a purpose other than border crossing, and application for border crossing for the purpose of work at locations other than the border crossing point. In addition to the above, applications can also be submitted as regards application for border control in transit (coaches, trains, watercraft), so the scheduled longer downtime could be omitted, and also as regards application for trans-boundary waterway traffic. This latter one is currently characteristic of traffic on River Dráva, mostly boating and rafting tours and trips.

Applications to enter and stay at a border crossing point with a purpose other than border crossing can basically be submitted by companies or corporations that carry out specific activities at the border crossing points and who stay in the area for the time period contained in the permit in order to accomplish work.

Applications as regards border control issues are subject to duties with the exception of those that justify exemption from duties by separately attached declarations/certificates. In relation to the decision of the authority on the above cases, the rectification of the data can be requested.
