The service you are currently using serves to inform visitors of data related to administrative procedure conducted against them for having violated a rule falling within the scope of strict liability and the actual state of the case, and to look into picture evidence establishing the case. By using the service, clients may be acquainted with their rights and obligations, and can also download the standard forms most frequently used. The system ensures all this quickly and simply upon entering the registration number of the decision and the number plate of the vehicle.
While using the service, it is not possible to access personal data. Independently of using the service, clients are entitled to inspect documents of the procedure at the public administration authority or the police station competent by their home address or seat address.
ABased on Act I of 1988 on road traffic (hereinafter: Kkt.), the keeper of the vehicle is responsible for the vehicle kept or used by him or her complies with rules on maximum allowed speed, passing of railway crossing, traffic light signals, using the hard shoulder on motorways, entry prohibition, limited traffic areas (zones), mandatory traffic direction, the protection of environment and road tolls to pay for using sections subject to fees in line with the length of section used. Pursuant to the Act, violating the above rules entails the imposing of an administrative fine ranging from HUF 10,000 to 300,000 against the keeper of the vehicle or the person taking over the vehicle to use.
The on-site recording of violations is done by the staff of the competent police headquarters and police stations conducting service on public areas but the procedure is carried out by the Public Administration Authority Service of the Vas County Police Headquarters or that of the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Police Headquarters.
In the interest of swift case management let us draw your attention to the following important information.
Following 1 February 2014, proceedings concerning violations carried out in Baranya, Győr-Moson-Sopron, Fejér, Komárom-Esztergom, Somogy, Tolna, Vas, Veszprém and Zala counties and in Budapest are conducted by the head of the Vas County Police Headquarters. In case of violations carried out in Bács-Kiskun, Békés, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, Csongrád, Hajdú-Bihar, Heves, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok, Nógrád, Pest and Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg counties, the head of the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Police Headquarters has jurisdiction.
In the course of the public administration procedure, submissions of the client can be lodged to the authority appearing in the decision delivered by using one of the following addresses:

Submissions shall be addressed to the competent authority.
Information over the telephone are provided by a Call Centre available at +36 94 515-230 (Szombathely) and +36 45 526-000 (Vásárosnamény) using a call management programme and voice menu, whereby you have the possibility to indicate your claim to inspect the documents. Call centre operators also inform the clients orally of their rights and obligations and of the date and time when the documents can be inspected at the police stations competent by their home address or seat address.
Current services of the portal currently do not include the management of cases related to the road tolls to pay for using sections subject to fees in line with the length of section used.
