Documentation Insight

The client and his legal or authorized representative may inspect the document created during the procedure at any stage of the procedure. During access to the file, the person entitled may, for a fee, make a copy, extract or request a copy. The copy and extract shall be certified by the authority upon request. A copy of the files is subject to a fee of HUF 100 per page.

The client has the opportunity to inspect the documents of the procedure at the Administrative Authority Service of the Vas County Police Headquarters, at the Administrative Authority Service of the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Police Headquarters, and at the police station competent according to the address or seat.

Access to the file is provided at the police stations responsible for the client's address or registered office at the following times:

Tuesday: 09.00-12.00
Thursday: 13.00- 16.00
